2. What the site offers
The site presents Devify's services and lets you send a contact request. Nothing is sold and no contract is concluded through the site; every engagement is agreed through a separate written offer and contract.
3. Content and intellectual property
The texts, structure and code of the site belong to Devify. Client logos and materials belong to those clients and are shown with their consent.
4. Limitation of liability
Information on the site is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Devify is not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site's content.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. Consumers may use ANPC alternative dispute resolution and the European ODR platform.
