1. Controller
S.C. DEVIFY SOLUTIONS SRL (registration 52324255) processes personal data as a controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Contact: contact@devify.ro.
2. What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, optionally your phone, company and estimated budget, and your message. Technically we also keep the IP address and browser type the form was sent from, to protect against abuse.
3. Why we use it
To answer your request and prepare an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you initiated and, later, pre-contractual steps.
4. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for at most 24 months after the last interaction, then deleted, unless they become part of a contractual relationship.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer data. We use hosting and email providers in the European Union acting as processors. The site uses cookieless analytics that do not identify individuals.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP). Write to contact@devify.ro for any request.
